We offer 30-day returns on eligible items to ensure you can purchase with confidence.
Returns Overview
- Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- 25% restocking fee will apply to any items being returned
- RMA (Return Authorization) required before sending any items back
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email:

- Items you would like to return
We will reply with your RMA number and return instructions.
Special Case – OEM Connector Kits
If you purchased an OEM-style connector kit and it does not fit, we can still accept returns even if opened.
Note: This does NOT apply to MIL-Spec or Autosport connectors.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Wire and cable (cut to length)
- Heat shrink cut to length (such as DR-25)
- Electronic components (ECUs, PDMs, etc.)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable carrier such as UPS to ensure delivery.
If you would like us to provide a return label, we can do so and deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
