We accept order returns within 30 days of purchase date for any unopened items still in their original packaging (with exceptions noted below). A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be sent with your return order. To obtain your RMA number, send an email to orders@ksvlooms.com with your order number and a list of the item(s) you would like to return. We will reply back to you with the return authorization approval and RMA number to include with your package.
If you purchased an OEM style connector kit and it does not fit, even if the original package has been opened, we can still accommodate returns for these using the same process described above. This does NOT include MIL-Spec or Autosport connectors.
Items that are non-returnable, even if unopened and in their original packaging:
Wire and cable (cut length)
Any heat shrink tubing that was cut to length (DR-25 for example)
Any aftermarket electronic units like ECUs and PDMs

If you need us to email you a UPS label for the return shipment, we can do that for you but the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount once received and processed.
We recommend all return packages be sent to us by UPS to ensure delivery. If you send us a return package and we do not receive it, we are unable to process your refund.
