KSV Looms was started in February 2010 as a motorsports wiring company building custom wiring loom packages for race cars. At the time, high end motorsports wiring was very new to the automotive industry, and very few companies specialized in this niche market. Not many people were knowledgeable about this level of vehicle wiring unless you worked at the NASCAR Cup level or F1 Racing.
At the time our clients were mainly race teams, race shops, and individuals with very high end builds. Within a few years, we were wiring cars all over Florida, throughout the USA and in other parts of the world such as Bahrain, UAE, Switzerland, and England for example. Due to the lack of availability for genuine components in the USA for many of the electrical connectors we needed, for years we were forced to scour the internet and source our own. Almost by accident, a retail/wholesale parts business was born due to our available stock we accumulated in the USA and the growing demand for these connector parts.
Over the next few years we were building some of the nicest and most reliable motorsports wiring looms available for very expensive race cars and hobby cars for the ultra-wealthy. It would be quite normal for many of these vehicles we wired to have an overall build cost of $600k to $2mm+. Typically our portion of the build would range from $20k to $60k+ for a wiring loom package (not including hardware).
These vehicle projects included some of the fastest and record setting Pro Mod drag racing cars, sand drag vehicles, circuit/road race cars, and hill climb cars such as LMP3, Porsche GT3R, and the Ken Block Hoonipigasus for example. We were also continuing to run the parts business along with the loom building, as that was continuing to grow. We were shipping packages daily with wiring supplies and providing parts support for wiring needs all over the world.
At the end of 2023 we scaled away from the custom loom building, mainly focusing on production work and the parts business which now had its own separate location for several years.
In September 2025 after being affected by Hurricane Helene flooding on the Gulf Coast in 2024, we moved to Stuart, FL on the east coast just north of West Palm Beach and Miami. This is our current location for all KSV Looms operations, and the one pictured below.
As we continue to build and expand our parts business here in Stuart, FL - we are also working closely with industrial and marine clients in the area to further understand their specific needs and find ways to help just as we did with the automotive and motorsports world many years ago.
Our current buyers and clients include the general public, race teams, vehicle research and development groups, ECU manufacturers, aviation automotive maintenance facilities, government agencies, schools and universities, self-driving car programs, drone manufacturers, industrial drilling companies, among many others.
