About KSV Looms
KSV Looms was built from real-world motorsport wiring experience—designing and building complete wiring systems for some of the highest-end race cars in the world.
Our wiring packages were commonly used in builds ranging from $600,000 to over $2 million, with our portion of the wiring systems typically ranging from $20,000 to $60,000+ per vehicle.
These projects included Pro Mod drag cars, circuit race cars, hill climb cars, sand drag vehicles, and high-profile builds such as the Ken Block Hoonipigasus, along with platforms like Porsche GT3R and LMP3 race cars.
Where It Started
KSV Looms was founded in February 2010, at a time when high-end motorsport wiring was still a very specialized niche in the automotive industry.
Early on, our clients included race teams, professional shops, and individuals building extremely high-end vehicles across the United States and internationally—including locations such as Bahrain, UAE, Switzerland, and England.
As we continued building these systems, one major issue became clear:
Many of the high-quality electrical connectors and components we relied on were not readily available in the U.S.
To solve this, we began sourcing and stocking our own components—initially just to support our own builds.
How the Parts Business Grew
Over time, we accumulated inventory and began supplying these components to others facing the same challenges.
What started as a necessity evolved into a full retail and wholesale parts business, supplying connectors, wiring components, and tools to builders across multiple industries.
At the same time, we continued building some of the most reliable and high-end motorsport wiring systems available—often for vehicles with total build costs exceeding $1M+.
Transition to Focused Parts Supply
By the end of 2023, we made the decision to scale away from custom one-off loom building and focus primarily on:
- Production-based wiring work
- Connector kits and components
- Supporting customers through our growing parts business
This allowed us to better serve a wider range of customers while continuing to apply the same real-world experience gained from years of high-end builds.
Today
KSV Looms now operates out of Stuart, Florida, where we continue to expand our parts business and serve customers across:
- Motorsport and automotive
- Marine applications
- Industrial and commercial industries
Our customers include:
- Individual builders
- Race teams and shops
- OEM and ECU manufacturers
- R&D departments
- Government and educational institutions
- Aviation and industrial companies
