When will my order ship?
- Orders placed by 3:30pm ET for in stock items typically ship the same business day. Our daily pickup for UPS is around 4:30pm EST daily. For shipments via USPS (post office), these get dropped off daily at the end of every business day and movement on the package may not start until the following day.
- Although USPS (post office) is generally fairly quick throughout the USA, if you need a more reliable delivery date expectation please choose a UPS shipping option.
- For items out of stock, most orders are usually fulfilled no later than one week from purchase date. If we anticipate shipment taking longer than that or if an item you ordered is on a lengthy backorder and we expect further delay, we will notify you via email.
Do you send me tracking information?
- Yes. Tracking information is emailed when we create the shipping label by our shipping system. If your order has shipped and you do not see the shipping confirmation with tracking, please check your spam or junk folder in your email.
I see a shipment notification but it does not include all my items. Will I get more than one shipment?
- Orders may have multiple shipments, and if so you will get multiple tracking numbers for each shipment. For example, if an item is on backorder we will ship the in stock items now, or if items are being shipping to you from different locations.
I have an overnight or express order needed. How can I confirm when it will ship?
- If you have a very time sensitive or urgent order and need overnight shipping or have a very close required delivery date, please try to place the order no later than 3:30pm EST for same day shipment on in stock items. Please email or call us to check stock, or after ordering if you need to confirm shipment date.
What shipping carriers do you use?
- We ship with UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS). If you need alternative shipping carriers such as FedEx, DHL or need to ship on your own UPS account for example, please email us for more information.
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. If you are international buyer (not in USA) and would like a shipping quote for an order, please email us and we can check for you. We do this routinely as many times international shipping is very hard to calculate prior to specific address information and order size.
Do you offer local pickup?
- Yes, but please read our local pickup information at the bottom of the page. We are happy to serve our local buyers, but please read the local pickup information before driving to our location in Stuart, FL.
