Shipping Information

When will my order ship?

  • Orders for in stock items typically ship the same business or the following, with most orders usually fulfilled no later than one week from purchase date.  If we anticipate shipment taking longer than that or if an item you ordered is on backorder and we expect further delay, we will notify you via email. 

Do you send me tracking information?

  • Yes.  Tracking information is emailed when we create the shipping label by our shipping system.  If your order has shipped and you do not see the shipping confirmation with tracking, please check your spam or junk folder in your email.

I see a shipment notification but it does not include all my items.  Will I get more than one shipment?

  • Orders may have multiple shipments, and if so you will get multiple tracking numbers for each shipment.  For example, if an item is on backorder we will ship the in stock items now, or if an item is being drop-shipped to you from a different location.

I have an overnight or express order needed.  How can I confirm when it will ship?

  • If you have a very time sensitive or urgent order and need overnight shipping or have a close required delivery date, please contact us and we should be able to accommodate same day shipping provided item is in stock and it's not too late in the day where UPS has already picked up at our location (~3pm EST).  Please email or call us after ordering if you need to confirm shipment date. 

What shipping carriers do you use?

  • We ship with UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS).  If you need alternative shipping carriers such as FedEx, DHL or need to ship on your own UPS account for example, please email us for more information.

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes.  If you are international buyer (not in USA) and would like a shipping quote for an order, please email us and we can check for you.  We do this routinely as many times international shipping is very hard to calculate prior to specific address information and order size.

Do you offer local pickup?

  • Yes, but please read our local pickup information at the bottom of the page.  We are happy to serve our local buyers, but please read the local pickup information before driving to our store.
