- UPS pickup: approximately 4:30pm ET
- USPS (post office) orders are dropped off daily, but tracking movement may begin the following day

- Most out-of-stock items ship within 1 week
- If we expect delays beyond that, we will notify you via email
- If part of your order is on backorder, we may ship available items first
