KSV Looms was founded in 2012 by Kevin VanCleave with the goal to help fill the void in reliable motorsport wiring.  With nearly 20 years of motorsport experience at the time in building, racing, and managing race programs in a variety of racing series - Kevin decided to step away and build wiring loom packages full-time.  KSV Looms has now become a top manufacturer of motorsport wiring solutions for vehicles and racing of all types.  KSV Looms provides design services, complete custom wiring loom packages, and on-site electrical support for race teams.

In addition to the wiring loom packages we manufacture, KSV Looms also specializes in retail and wholesale sales of genuine OEM vehicle connectors, Deutsch DT series connectors, Raychem products, MIL-Spec/Tefzel cable, and other supplies needed to repair or build your own wiring loom.  All of the components and parts we sell are the same ones we use and trust in our own projects. 

Our clients include race teams, vehicle research and development groups, ECU manufacturers, aviation and automotive maintenance facilities, government agencies, schools and universities, self-driving car programs, drone manufacturers, among many others.  We are a USA based business located in the state of Florida.

Domestic orders typically ship from our retail store in Pinellas Park, FL (USA).  Orders for in-stock items usually ship same business day if ordered by 3pm EST, with all orders usually fulfilled no later than one week from purchase date. To check stock, please call us at 1-888-725-5711. Tracking information is uploaded upon shipment. If we anticipate shipment taking longer, we will notify you via email.

Our preferred shipping carriers are UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS). If you would like us to bill directly to your freight account (UPS, FedEx, or DHL), please contact us at sales@ksvlooms.com prior to purchase.

Orders placed online can be picked up at our retail store in Largo, FL (USA). We will contact you when the order is ready for pick-up.

Are the connector parts genuine, authentic pieces?  Yes, all of the connector parts we sell are genuine OEM, original factory components.

If I need to fix a broken connector on my car, can I replace the housing only or do I need to use the terminals included in the kit?  Because our connector parts are genuine OEM, original factory components, 99% of the time you can replace the housing only if needed, provided the existing terminals on the wire are still in acceptable condition.  There are some rare occasions where a connector housing has different OEM variants and terminals will not interchange, but this is typically notated on the item page if known.

Do you sell individual connectors parts in bulk quantities?  Yes, if you need a quote on bulk individual items such as housings only, wire seals, or terminals, please email us directly at sales@ksvlooms.com

I can't find the connector I need online, do you have it?  Possibly.  Although most of our inventory is listed in the online store, we routinely have some that aren't uploaded yet.  If you would like us to check stock or availability, please email us pictures (multiple is best) of the connector to sales@ksvlooms.com and we can check for you.

I am in a hurry for a connector kit, can you overnight it?  Yes, we ship daily with UPS and the United States Postal Services (USPS).  Please contact our retail store to check stock on urgent orders, 1-888-725-5711.

Can I pick-up same day if I'm local?  Yes, walk-in orders are welcome at our retail store in Largo, FL (USA).  To check stock, please call 1-888-725-5711. 

Do you offer wholesale on all parts and supples?  Yes, please email us at wholesale@ksvlooms.com or call 1-888-725-5711 for inquiries.

I need traceability paperwork with my MIL-Spec wire and cable order, can this be provided? Yes, please contact us by email at sales@ksvlooms.com prior to purchase so we may notate the order appropriately.  This is provided at no charge.

I only see solid wire and cable colors listed for sale, do you offer striped colors as well?  Yes, please contact us by phone at 1-888-725-5711 or email at sales@ksvlooms.com for quotes.

I need several thousand feet of multiple colors, can you help us with larger volume purchases?  Yes, we have the availability to supply any volume of wire and can ship pallets if needed domestic or internationally.  Please contact us by phone at 1-888-725-5711 or email at sales@ksvlooms.com for volume wire quotes.

If your business is tax exempt, please include a copy of your current reseller's certificate.  We accept payment via all major credit cards, bank wire transfer, PayPal, and company check.

Do you have a minimum buy-in requirement?  No, we work with organizations and companies of all sizes, no minimum buy-in requirement.

I'm a reseller, where do I send my resale certificate to avoid sales tax?  If your business is tax exempt, please email a copy of your current reseller's certificate to wholesale@ksvlooms.com

What payment methods do you accept?  We accept payment via all major credit cards, bank wire transfer, PayPal, and company check.

Do you drop-ship?  Yes, in most cases we can accommodate this.

COVID-19 has created large supply chain disruptions throughout our industry, particularly with DT family connectors.  For any orders placed that include parts currently out of stock, we will notify you by email with any issues and ETA if available typically same day or following business day.

COVID-19 is causing large issues with the reliability of USPS (post office) packages shipped internationally outside of USA.  We are seeing many items lost in transit, delayed, or never export from USA due to restricted air travel.  If you place an order and choose USPS (post office) as shipping option, we will contact you via email after the order has been placed to offer UPS shipping upgrade.  We understand for smaller orders, UPS cost is higher and this is not ideal - we are sorry.  We try our best to package these orders as small and light as safely possible.  UPS packages we can add insurance, but this is not option with USPS (post office), so if the package is lost we are unable to refund the order amount.
